Operation Center
We provide an operation center for Security (SOC) and Network (NOC) where both IT hubs offer services from a team of experts. SOCs focus on cybersecurity, while NOCs focus on IT-related issues.
A SOC’s purpose is to manage, prevent, and respond to cybersecurity concerns like malware, social engineering, and other threats. SOC analysts are responsible for hardening corporate assets to prevent attacks and performing incident detection and response in the event of a security incident. SOCs monitor a business’s network, devices, and security protocols.
A NOC’s purpose is to maintain a company’s computer system’s technical infrastructure. NOC analysts are responsible for network installation and management, software application and server monitoring, prevent network interferences caused by natural causes such as natural disasters, power outages, and internet outages.
An organization needs both a SOC and a NOC to maintain normal business operations.
SOC
SOC stands for Security Operations Center, which is a centralized team of IT professionals that monitors, detects, and responds to cyber threats for an organization. SOC teams are responsible for protecting an organization’s assets, including intellectual property, personnel data, business systems, security related incident response and recovery.
NOC
NOC stands for Network Operations Center, which is a centralized location where IT teams monitor and maintain an organization’s network infrastructure. NOCs are used by businesses, government agencies, universities, and public utilities. They provide 24/7 support for an organization’s network for network monitoring, analysis and reporting.
